You can meet your soulmate, land that job, or brighten someone’s day, and so much more. As a little girl, smiles were superpowers that I kind of obsessed over, and so it’s no surprise that I’m now adulting as a ‘Teeth Slayer.’ Like most people in the beauty industry, I have a passion for making people feel good, but with some sass and humor along the way. I’m also a Southwest Flight Attendant (peanuts or pretzels, anyone?), Mama to the cutest 5 year old boy, and more. I’ve been slaying smiles for over 15 years and definitely see how interconnected it is to feeling confident in the public’s eye.

Elyse Martinez, native to Phoenix, AZ, is the education loving, result-driven, proactive ‘messy bun and getting stuff done‘ type.
This Boss Babe & Boy Mom comes to us with a little over 15 years of experience in the cosmetic & aesthetic industry. Her experience in the field ranges from hair salons to medical spas with some data and systems engineering tossed in the mix. After mastering front desk/ customer service/ consultative sales, she landed her most educational positions as director and system specialist to some of the most successful medical spas in the valley and nation. Unfulfilled, she continued her education within aesthetics and nurtured her natural need to care for others. Elyse has crossed over from operations and business to the treatment room as a licensed aesthetician, certified laser technician, and cosmetic laser instructor, with many service-specific certifications to complement.
In her free time, you can find her with her family and friends near a football field or basketball court cheering on her son's teams while enjoying her surrounding community.
